Dr. Mark Palmer was raised in Southern California and graduated from CSU @ Fullerton with a degree in child psychology and pre-med. He obtained his dental degree from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry. Dr. Palmer has practiced in general dentistry for over 25 years. During these years, he was one of few general dentists in Laramie, WY to see children. Dr. Palmer has 5 of his own children as well as 8 grand children. He enjoys Wyoming Cowboy and Cowgirl sports, shooting sports, and taking his wife to the Buell theatre in Denver for Broadway musicals and dinner.
Dr. Henry received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2008. He went on to complete his residency and obtain his specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, AK. Dr. Henry began practicing in Wyoming in August, 2010. He has extensive training in preventative and restorative dentistry and is dedicated to providing the best experience possible to his patients while establishing the required trust with parents. He is married and has four children.
We have general dentists who do some exams and pre-screen the children who need dentistry work done. All dentistry work on our young patients is performed by a pediatric specialist. Older patients may be able to have work performed by a general dentists (Dr. Gonzalez).
Dr. Luke Milmont grew up Cheyenne and, as the oldest of six children, has literally been around kids his whole life. He received his DMD and graduated with honors from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia and completed his residency in pediatric dentistry immediately after dental school. He is well versed in all aspects of treating children, including sedation and hospital dentistry. He had been practicing in Texas, “the other cowboy state”, but was very excited to join the Pediatric Dentistry team and take care of children in the community where he grew up. Dr. Milmont strives to treat all children as his own and provide them with the skills they need to have the best dental experience.
Dr. Milmont and his wife Emily recently had their third child, a little girl named Claire. He enjoys spending time with his family and is excited that his son Owen just learned how to ride his bike. He is looking forward to mountain biking with him someday when he is older. Dr. Milmont also enjoys skiing, shooting sports, driving RC cars with his son, fly fishing, fantasy football, soccer, fixing things and going on dates with his beautiful wife.
Dr. Breanna Barnes is originally from the Kansas City area. She attended the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral health, where she obtained both her Doctor of Dental Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees. During dental school, she participated in several pediatric rotations, which inspired her to pursue a career that focuses on treating children and helping the underserved. Dr. Barnes completed both her pediatric dentistry residency and her Master of Dental Science degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Barnes and her husband decided to make the move out west to an area that has year-round outdoor activities. They love to hike, try new restaurants, cook, and spend time with their two dogs, Jack and Bean.
