Dr. Henry received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2008. He went on to complete his residency and obtain his specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, AK. Dr. Henry began practicing in Wyoming in August, 2010. He has extensive training in preventative and restorative dentistry and is dedicated to providing the best experience possible to his patients while establishing the required trust with parents. He is married to Kasey and welcomed their fifth child, Livia, in July 2014.
Dr. Luke Milmont grew up in Cheyenne and, as the oldest of six children, has literally been around kids his whole life. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine with honors from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia. He also completed his residency in pediatric dentistry there. He is well versed in all aspects of treating children, including sedation and hospital dentistry. Prior to joining us in 2011 he had been practicing in Texas, “the other cowboy state”, he loves that he is now able to take care of the superkids in the community where he grew up. Dr. Milmont strives to treat all children as his own and provide them with the skills they need to have the best dental experience possible.
Dr. Milmont and his wife Emily have four superkids of their own. He enjoys spending time with them and teaching his kids how to do new things. Dr. Milmont also enjoys fly-fishing, camping, skiing, mountain biking, shooting sports, fantasy football, tennis, fixing things, and having new adventures.
Dr. Breanna Barnes is originally from the Kansas City area. She attended the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral health, where she obtained both her Doctor of Dental Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees. During dental school, she participated in several pediatric rotations, which inspired her to pursue a career that focuses on treating children and helping the underserved. Dr. Barnes completed both her pediatric dentistry residency and her Master of Dental Science degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Barnes and her husband decided to make the move out west to an area that has year-round outdoor activities. They love to hike, try new restaurants, cook, and spend time with their two dogs, Jack and Bean.
Dr. Hsu is originally from the east coast. She graduated magna cum laude from New York University and obtained her dental degree from Harvard. She then worked as a general dentist, where she was well loved by her patients. This is when it became apparent to her that she had a passion for pediatric dentistry. Dr. Hsu returned to New York to complete her pediatric dentistry residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital. There she received extensive training in various behavior management techniques and gained significant experience performing procedures with “laughing gas” and under general anesthesia. Dr. Hsu worked for many years in private practice in NYC and was also involved in teaching before moving out west. In her free time, she loves exploring the outdoors and checking out new restaurants with friends and family.

Dr. Sherryl Mathew grew up in Abu Dhabi, UAE and moved to India to pursue dentistry. After graduation, she worked as a general dentist in a mission hospital catering to an underserved community in India. Afterwards she completed her residency in pediatric dentistry. She was working as faculty in dental school when she decided to move to the US to further enhance her skills and knowledge of dentistry. She completed her DDS from the University of Colorado. She worked in a pediatric practice in Indiana prior to her move to Scottsbluff.
She is passionate about working with kids and has made it her mission to ensure that they have an enjoyable and comfortable dental experience. Dr. Mathew is married to Deepu and has a son currently in elementary school. She enjoys traveling with her family and is a believer in the therapeutic effects of baking.

Dr. Mark Palmer was raised in Southern California and graduated from CSU @ Fullerton with a degree in child psychology and pre-med. He obtained his dental degree from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry. Dr. Palmer has practiced in general dentistry for over 25 years. During these years, he was one of few general dentists in Laramie, WY to see children. When Pediatric Dentistry opened an office in Laramie, Dr. Palmer joined the team to perform exams. Dr. Palmer has 5 of his own children as well as 8 grand children. He enjoys Wyoming Cowboy and Cowgirl sports, shooting sports, and taking his wife to the Buell theatre in Denver for Broadway musicals and dinner.
